in fields and forests. |
| Food: Omnivorous; they
eat insects, fruits, and veggies. |
| Interesting Fact: A
box turtle lives most of its long life in a small
parcel of land near its place of birth. This area
is known as its home range, an area not much larger
than a couple of football fields. |
