I have two red ear sliders almost three years old. One male and one female, yesterday I cleaned the tank and later found a large amount of red muscus like stuff in the water!!!! Both Turtles seem to be fine, both eating and acting normal!
So I just watched them and then tried getting a vets help but being Sunday had little luck. I noticed tonight that my female tale seems red on the underside, it seems to be showing through the skin???? Does anyone have any ideas I thought maybe not enough vitam K, but would really like HELP
Thank you!

you want somthing called \"vita shell\" Its a cream treatment for shell and skin problems. If anything it will help until you can get the turtle to the vet.

I am using Vita-Shell on my turtles and I was amazed at the results it had. I think it brightened the color of the shell. It works really well to my knowledge/
