Your water needs to be between 75 to 80 degrees.
How long have you had your turtles? If they are fairly new then they may just be adjusting to their new enviroment. Try feeder guppies, small goldfish, and some dry turtle food. Tetra Reptomin I find is especially good. And mine love it.

Also liver just makes one of my turtles go nuts. As soon as it knows that it is around it swims, crawls and does whatever to get to it. My other turtle won't touch it. I think that one of my turtles is a vegitarian and the other a meet eater. They both eat fish regulary and pellets every day.

It could be that he is still adjusting to his enviroment. Please try the liver and the guppies. I promise you it won't take them long at all to begin to eat. If they do not begin to eat within the next few weeks, take them to see a vet. My hunch is that the will.
