Just turn it on when you wake up and off when you go to bed, that is what I do:D

my scehdule is almost the same but i feel it is too early for them to wake up at 6..i know that cz i feel i didn\'t get enough sleep so they didn\'t too..but still u can\'t really put them on a schedule bcz sometimes when i wake up during night i see them swimming around and sometimes they are too lazy that they sleep during the day

You can also buy a timer, and set it up for day/night schedule, that way you won\'t have to worry about turning lights on and off.:D

i go to bed at all different times and wake up at different times as well (for the most part).

and they never ever eat at the same time.

yet, they\'re perfectly healthy.

i don\'t know about you, but if i\'m tired enough .. even if the light is on or a movie is on .. i\'ll still pass out! ;)
