puffy eyes are common but they are considered as a health problem..usually it is bcz of lack in vitamin D which they get from the sun or UV bulbs in the case of indoor-living turtles..it might also be the cause of a respiratory infection..i had a sick turtle and it had puffy eyes..if it was due to lack of vitamin it is easy to treat..any human eye drops not containing steroids..for my turtle i rubbed his eyes with normal tea and it did..this is what it looks like (in late stages)..i hope u never experience it:)
