can different turtle species have babies together?

i have a mud turtle but im not sure what the other 1 is but it has yellow sripes on its neck and 23 squares

I\'m highly against it. Esspecially if you don\'t even know what the other species is. Breeding trutkes isn\'t what its cracked up to be...it\'s expensive and time consuming.

I\'m sure very similar babies can have babies. like a RES and a painted or a map of some kind but that\'s my opinion.
