i have a sixty watt uva light... is that different from ubv? it says that it is a daylight blue reptile bulb... that should be ok right? tank is usually from 70-80 degrees... they are res... is this ok? they don\'t act weird...

Yes uvb is different from uva, Uvb gives off essensial rays, that the turtle needs to absorb calcium, without a uvb light the turtle can get metabolic bone disease and die. you probably wont need a uvb bulb until your res is a year old. uva bulbs are just for giving off heat.
