Hi I just have a quick question, I\'ve been thinking about getting another turtle (I only have one, RES named Waffle) and I am wanting to know what other species of turtles would do well with an RES. I am having problems finding other RES\'s to purchase in this area otherwise I would get another one. Any suggestions?

My RES is a very picky eater as well. He RARELY eats any veggies (and Ive tried everything!) and only eats a few meats. He\'ll eat a small mouse, Rosies, crickets, and I got him to eat a piece of that Oscar Mayer processed ham. (Now I know that stuff really isnt good for him so I hardly ever give it to him.) Anyway, my question is, is there anyway I can get him to eat more veggies? I know they tend to be more carnivorous as they get older, but I would really like him to eat atleast one veggie.

They are more carnivorous when young and become more omnivorous when they get older.
