How often should I give treats like grapes to my RES (5 yrs)? And how many? I\'ve been giving 2 but he always wants more.

Also, can I give things like banana, blueberries, strawberries, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cherries, and kiwi? Also, how often?

Thanks!

Veggies are ok for them to eat as they wish, just not the proteins. Pamela has a great list below and yes variety is key. Do not give much banana, spinach, or broccoli. These are not good in large quantity, so I just stay away. They deplete I think it is Vit A.
