Hi again,

I want to have my turtles start eating greens. I have tried to feed them some romaine lettuce but they don\'t seem interested in it. Should I put a plant in the tank?? If so, what type of plant? Are there any commercially packaged greens for turtles product that I can buy?
Thanks for all replies
Cheers

For a plant, try anachris, an aquarium plant that most turtles really like. Duckweed is another good plant--good calcium content.

Anachris is great, if you can find one that has a root on it you may have a chance to grow some of your own and cut down a little on the expense. My turtle loves the stuff. I was going to try to grow some but I am going to have to get some with better root system.
