I bought two terrapins from Portugal but im having a lot of trouble identifying them!
Please Help! I\'d be very greatful. One of the is grey with a black spine in the middle, its face looks like a lizard and its belly is grey and looks like a maze. The second one is green looks like a red eared slider but hasnt got the red marking, it has a yellow belly with black swirly markings and a broad shell.
Wot are they? Please Help Me! Thanks,
Claudia (London)

I don\'t know about the grey one, but the one that looks like a RES but doesn\'t have the \"red ears\", is probably a Slider turtle.

I forgot to ask you is it a land or water turtle? And did you look at the Turtle Species link on this site? You might be able to find it there...

Hope this helps you ID your turt.
