Hibernation?

When do red ear sliders hibernate? Also, how can I tell mine is hibernating and what should i do when he/she is?

All turtles hibernate. Your turtle wont hibernate is it is inside and warm enough. i wouldnt hibernate your turtle outside in your pond if you have oen unless you are sure it is deep enough. You will know when it is like asleep all day long. There is basically nothing you can do when she hibernates, you will just have to let nature play its role.

while they are hibernating they dotn come up for airor food.they hibernate wen the water is around 60 degrees or lower.
