Hatchling in Pond

Would i be ok to keep a hatchling turtle in a pond outside in England??

It probally wont be the best idea to keep a hatchling in a pond. let it grow for a while and get bigger before you put it outside. You should also enclose ur pond wit mesh soo predators cant get in n ur turtle cant get out. Alsoo put some plants and feeder fish in the pond as food, but still feed ur turtle daily. Also take ur turtle in when it gets cold, or ur turtle will start to hibernate. Good luck!

Yes, I dont see why not. as long as is has a place to bask and swim it should be fine. make sure he cant get out.and be areful with the filter...thats how my baby RES passed away(((polke R.I.P)))and if you have fish the turtl may occasionally when he grows try to bite them but as long a they are big fish he wont.good luck:D

wait a couple months until you put him outside and always be care ful with filter(polke i luv u and i miss u)

is it cold in england. maybe just visits to the pond. not all at once
