RES Shell forming some kind of bubbles on shell. Help!

So my RES Turtle has some sort air bubbles on its shell and I don’t know if thats normal shedding or whatever or Shell Rot? I hope it’s not shell rot but... Please Give me some advice what to do.

Observing is key in this hobby. Need more info and or a link to photo's would be better ! Could be many things...

Hi,
It is hard to say anything without seeing it but if it is in fact air bubbles, that scute is almost ready to shed.
If it doesn’t shed very soon or if the scute doesn’t look smooth and clean after it sheds, you need intervention by taking him/her to a vet who knows turtles.

Even if he/she doesn’t have shell rot right now, retaining old scute can be a potential cause of getting one!
