I have two small Central American Wood turtles and one of them is shedding, is this really normal? Should i just leave it there? will it eventually go away? Please fill me in.I\'m concerned about it\'s well being. Thank you!

I don\'t know about central american wood turtles.. but my Red eared slider just got done shedding her skin and she seems to be fine.. (other than the fact that it annoyed the heck out of her while she was in the process) Most reptiles from what I\'ve read end up sheding their skin as they outgrow it. Hopefully someone else with more experience w/ this particular breed\'ll answer your post. But in the mean time I would expect it to be normal...
