I have three baby RES which I got within the last month since I turned 18 (October 7th). Im currently studying Biology them taking a vet nursing course next year, should be fun. Im applying for a job at an pet store soon, which I hope will help me out during my studies in Vet nursing.

Bjorn, don\'t know about stores in NZ, but many of our U.S. stores still have unknowledgable, myth perpetuating staff. Check out what they tell you before passing it on to customers - you\'ll learn a lot that way, and become the staff person everyone wants to consult.

Hope you get the job!

I grew up more towards the lake. Vermilion and Amherst. Straight up Route 58 if that helps any.

I love it here at AU. I wouldn't have like it anyplace else. I actually want to teach here after I go to grad school. (I'm a toxicology and psychology major btw)....

Nice--most of my family is from the Lorain area and the Sheffield area, so I completely know where you're talking about. I got my BS in Biology and now I'm getting my MS in Public Health.

Whats being 22 all about. Seems like an odd age to want to be. Just thought I would ask

And stray....to be honest, its a lot more work than its probably worth.....when i'm done with my two Bachelor Degrees, I'll still have 4 to 6 years of grad school left.....i might as well be a professional student

Just be careful, I have hear alot of stories from my friend about not remembering how they got home, fortunately I never got the urge to drink, even after being in the Navy for 4 years 9 months and being around people who drank all the time (seemed that way).

Well his first turtle was a map turtle he named him Pikachu but sadly Pikachu passed away on my son's bday. We figured out why he passed away it is my fault I'm sad to say. I left my living room windows open all night and it got too cold in the house so his water was too cold for him. I make sure now that all the windows are closed at night

That can't be the reason! My turtles live in a tank outdoors and in the winter I have to get up early each morning to breack two inches of ice off the top so they can breathe! You turt couldn't have died from a window draft unless it was winter and his tank froze over and he drowned but no one in their right mind would keep a window open when it was 10 degrees outside!

Golleee! This thing is still going?! Who brought it back from the dead? It's got to be like years old by now, has a post ever been that old before? When I first came is had been really old and way back in the dead files at the WWWAAAYYYY very last page. I posted on it, brought it back, and now someone must have done it again!

Kids, Grandkids, yeah, I know what it's like. My family is huge! 32 cousins, 9 aunts and uncles (one family has nine kids, the other ten), 3 grandparents and one great grandparent. Not to mention my mom, dad, and three sisters! Now one of my cousins is getting married this September, another is on her second kid, and my new Aunt (well, not really new she's been married to my uncle for over 5 years but she feels new) is going on her second kid, a girl. Big family, huh? I'm still not an aunt yet, though. But my cousin Johny, who is 7, has a newphew that's two years OLDER than he is! BJ's mom is Johny's stepsister. She's like in her 30's I guess.

I pretty out of it with family matters since I haven't seen any of my family for three years! They all live way up in Washington, but we're going up for the wedding so I'll see them all then! And I'll see my RESs I gave to my aunt with ten kids, she says Snickerdoodle and Pluto are really happy in their huge tank playing with Herb, my aunts male RES.
