The ESU Super UVB Coil light you saw gives off only 3% UVB (not much); a Reptisun 5.0 would be much better. To be effective, UVB lights should be no further than 12 inches away from a turtle when it basks (6-8 inches is best). Conventional UVB lights are flourescent and don\'t give off heat, so you still to use a heat lamp; a regular incandescent lightbulb works fine for this purpose. It\'s cheaper to buy things on-line.
