Yes, there are a few on here that do it. You still need the proper setup with water, basking area, heater and lighting, just as you would in a regular tank. Mariza might be able to help you with this as I am not sure how they set it all up.

I have my turtle in a 50-gallon Rubbermaid. The best ones this size seem to be the pale gray ones (I\'ve also tried the blue ones and they don\'t last). Be careful to support the sides and bottom if you put a lot of water in it (about half full or above), since it is not made to hold water. It can be equipped much the same way as a tank can.
