Hello everyone, I haven't been on for a while, but I really need your help...

So my two sliders are just under one year old now and they've both been fine (although shes huge - the size of my whole hand - and he hisses when you pick him up!!)

Recently though, over the last week, my female has completely stopped feeding. I feed them daily at 6pm one/two teaspoons of a mixture of pellets and shrimps with vegetables about once/twice a week.
The male (I'm assuming he's male judging by the care sheets on here) he's eating perfectly well, but Babs is not eating at all and basking loads. She seems to be less active than usual also.

I have not changed their habitat at all, they share a 4ftx1ft tank with plenty of water to swim in and their heater set at 25c. And two medium sized basking ramps (one is too small for them both).

Does anyone have any ideas why she has stopped eating? Is it mating season or something seasonal, perhaps?

Please help, I'm really worried, more so because he is absolutely fine and she isn't[/b]
