I recently purchased an Ornate male from a company which I have now learned has given me bad info. I purchased him for my son for his birthday. I bought the Ornate Package which came with supposedly everything needed including 10 gallon tank. Everything I read now states that ornates are difficult and do poorly in a tank. Anyone out there have luck with these beautiful creatures.

i have an eastern box turtle, but what i did is me and my dad built a fences in area about 5 feet by 7 feet, wee actually bult it underneath our old playset in the sandbox, the fence is about two feet hight...... we hav a real nice set up, here's some pics
