Hi guys. Today is the hottest weekend this year so iv put Terri & Donni out in the sun. It's my 1st proper time putting them out and i dont think they like it compared 2 there basking lamp in the tank.

they probably feel a bit exposed and could do with some shade too  It has been lovely in the UK, even my tortoise had to go for a siesta in the shade as it was too hot! Cute little turtles you have there
You could top the water right up in the bowl and use cork bark for a basking area? My little 2 1/2" turtle was swimming about in a full 3' x 2' x 2' tub with no problems despite only being in 2" of water when i got him. Most places are selling water lettuce at the moment too which is great for offering shade and cover and is really cheap
