| Same here. It's hilariously adorable. Even some of the wild turtles I saw were basking like that. |

I love it when they do that
well... say you are sitting out trying to tan in the sun, and you have a shirt on? the sunlight/heat doesnt get to your skin as much as your bare skin exposed. well, its kinda like that, except its a shell so any skin left in the shell
doesnt get the nice basking effect.... they do it for the heat, and other reasons, read up on it. |
