 hi my name michelle
well i have a red ear turtles, one of them is very small i have them for 8 months already , and the other one is big, can u tell me if the little turtle is going to grow any more, they are both active and healthy, i have 10 gallon tank and i have light for them , and a filter, please help......

yes  your little turtle will grow more.  i had the same problem they somtimes grow at differnt rates, it also depends on how much they eat. When you got them were they the same size? if they were then the bigger one is acting like the dominant and eats more. and your going to need a bigger tank soon! any more questions?
