I've heard if I put a few fish in the tank water it will stablize for the turtle. Any thoughts on that?

I'm waiting untill I'm sure the environment is right before I geta a turtle.

What's the best way to introduce him/her to the tank?

What type of fish would be great for living with him/her? (I want him to chase them for sport, but I also want them to help keep my tank clean) Goldfish are dirty, I've heard...

Any suggestions would be great!

any fish you put in your tank will be eaten by your turtle eventually. With turtles.. if its living... its potential food. REmember this. so don't put anything harmfull in there... gold fish are too fatty. and don't get attached to the fish or get anything expensive since it will only last until the turtle catches it. lol

mk like tots listen to me i run a turtle rescue and i take in turtles peeps cant take care of 4 themso listen k?
get guppies fancy or plain or the minnows u use for bait k? and if u keep ur turtle fed good morning and night he will excercise on his/her own and wont eat the fish but it keeps them from feeling lonely.
