I fed my RES this morning, I have 2, so I feed them seperately. And after putting one back in the tank, he started throwing up all his food. Now he is sitting in his basking area and not moving much. Usually when I walk by or open the doors to the tank, he freaks out and dives into the water. But he didn't do any of that, just let me pick him up, and check him out. Very out of character.

Is there anything I can do? Is there a reason for his throwing up? Should I just let him be? and see if his tummy settles? I really have no clue, but I'm worried like crazy

if the turtle eats too fast then throwing up after feeding is somehow normal..however if he's not acting normal u have to look for other signs like swollen eyes, soft shell, swimming lopsided..any of these? loss of appetite?

definately give a feel to the plastron (belly), and see if he can swim and dive as suggested.

How old are they, what did you feed them in, where did the water come from for the feeding tank, how is the feeding tank stored. Was it the first or second turt who got 'sick'?

Can you provide pictures of the feeding tank, and their living tank?
