Down our street there is a cute little puppy.

they are always running out to cars, their owners are hardly home. I have had to bring them home alot. The puppy almost got ran over by a bus.

Today the owners left and the puppy went running after! Then more people from the house pulled out and they stopped by the puppy and then just kept going! Me and my sis went down and I piced him up and walked him home. It is a VERY hot day, and there was no water, usally the have a big bucet of water out (that only the older dog can reach) Oh and I counldn't find the older dog. But any way I was going to put the puppy on the leash, and started to try to move it. IT WOULD BUGDE! I was SOOOOOO tight. I had a real hard time getting it off. I lossened it and put him on the leash. And the only shade he has is a porch which is full of junck. so we went back to get water, because the puppy was panting, and very hot. I get there and the puppy is choking itself with the leash, so I climbed under and unucoocked the dog. I filled the dish full and in like 1 min it was empty. so I filled it agin. I am like so mad about this, the dogs are both VERY sweet, they don't deserve this, they should be put in a pen with plenty of water when the people put them outside.

Call your local humane society or animal control and file a report. They can come out and document the situation and either force the owner to provide for the animals or they can take them.

Well my dad is a pastor and people have told us that they are kinda strange and my mom is worried they will find out it was us and come and do stuff to our horses. I don't think so but i hve to listen to her.

I would call and ask if you can file an annonomous report. Then they can't find out it was you. Or just call animal control when the dogs are out of the yard, for example "there are 2 dogs running in the street and are going to get hit, they look really tired and hot and they may be lost. The address is the 1400 block of Main Street" Don't enter the address of the owners but just the block. Then they can come down for a stray dog report.
