hi all,
just got 2 turtles from florida somewhere? my mom got them for me when she was down there from some kinda pet store, so i got mostly 2nd hand info on them.
I named them Faria and Napoleon (was reading 'count of monte cristo' at the time)
Faria is a Map turtle from what i was told, bigger of the two and until very recently much more aggressive of the 2 alway trying to escape, hence the name
Napoleon is a red ear slider, again from what i was told, but the red marks on the sides of his head are quite obvious, used to be the one that sat on the floating island ever since i got back from vacation he is much more active
and if my time in front of the tv in the early 90s has taught me anything i have to just wait till they grow and begin to use there ninja powers lol |
