Im back.. unfortunately 1 less turtle in my posession.. the Roberta died around a year ago.. had a good long 23+ year old life.. anyways.. i still have Ernie... for the past few months she was really active etc.. swims around like crazy, basks, eats a ton.. anyways.. in the past week or 2 i have noticed she doesn't move much.. if i come to the tank, she just looks at me.. sits on her shelf and watches how i move.. before i would come to the tank and she would go crazy.. so lately i hav ebeen thinking wtf.. currently she is just up on the rock basking.. looking at her, she looks quite a bit bigger in the skin.. the shell hasn't really grown much in a long time.. so what could it be? am i feeding her too much? she is over 24 years old.. always been very active (well since i have had her with me, rents had her for the time i was in school).. any ideas? i don't see any visual imperfections.. eyes are normal size, and i don't see anything out of the ordinary... is it the time of year? any ideas?
