im was thinking of getting a tortoise so i ask my mom and she ask how much it cost and i said it depend what breed is it and what care level it depend(i guess this how they sell animals)and i said it very expensive but my mom did not mind she said ok i can have one.i did not ask my dad yet but i KNOW he will say "did mom say it ok?" or "go ask your mom"(as i said "your" mom refering it to my mom so that way u guys dont get confuse but first of all which should i get?a greek tortoise or a russan tortoise?and what type of substance will they need?

Russians are easy to find right now, they are everywhere so cheaper by far. The choice is yours...read about both and figure out everything you can about them. Read on-line and maybe check into the libary for books. Your parents will also see this and that your caring enough to check into them and be more likely to let you have one.
