| The family and friends of those serving in Iraq have asked that today everyone wear something red to show support for them! They are giving up holidays with their families...we can wear red today! So get out there and spread the word and WEAR RED today! |

That's so cool!
My husband was in Iraq last year, and our "sister" battalion has just got back from serving out there.
It's horrible for them, but I have to say just as nerve-racking for us wives and families stuck back at home!
Over here, our soldiers are only entitled to a 20 minute phone card a week, so I would hear from my man on a Sunday, eg, and then have to wait on tender hooks till the following Sunday to speak to him again to make sure he's ok.
Also, from time to time, they would shut the phone lines down completely, and it was weeks before I heard from him.
Such a useless and pointless war we're fighting....do you agree or no?

| It is very stupid, we need those family members back and everyone in EVERY country to mind their own business and live life happy not fighting! |
