Hi, my name is Johnny Huntoon. I bought two red eared slider turtles two years ago. Recently the bigger turtle is not eating. Immediatly we took it to the vet and they told us that she had gravel in her stomach from an x- ray he took. The doctor gave us Triton Purrge drops as a laxative for the turtle. We give her one ml. once a day. She hasn't eaten in twelve days. Not sure if she's pooping for there is two turtles in the tank. Both turtles are girls. We were wondering if we could do anything else to help her for we don't want her to die. We took the gravel out and put big rocks in that she cannot eat. There is not to many vets that specialize in turtles in the New England area. Could you please help us out. Thank you very much: Johnny Huntoon Age:12

i'm sorry for ur turtle. did u take out all the gravel in the tank? it'll be better if u separate them for a while to make sure she's excreting wastes. try to help her by rubbing the "thing" with warm water gently. it could move her hmm intestines Question
