Hey all..Long time no see..
I first joined this forum, when I had NO IDEA what I was doing ym my turtle was only the size of a half dollar, and now he
s bigger then a CD!!
But anyway, I was just wondering, How come he doesnt eat the feeders I add in the tank? He Just lets them swim around, and if he's not going to eat them, i'm going to have to dispose of them, because I really dont want them, nor do I want to feed them.
Is there anyway I can Encourage him to eat them?
My G/F got her turtle, from the same place and the same day, actually I bought them both, but she jsut added some feeders to her tank, and her turtle eats them right away...
Just wondering...thanks |

my 3 turtles do the same thing. they let them swim in the tank. usually i feed them outside the tank in a seperate small container, and put a fish in. they seem to be more attracted to the fish if its in a smaller container. sometimes i even dangle it right about the water and they grab it and eat it. although that may seem a little cruel to the feeder lol. _________________ I'm Bill.
