In a tank that im making i wanted to paint the white pvc pipe black, im wondering if the spray paint will put off any chemicals or anything into the water? bottom line will it be safe?

I personally would not use spray paint.

do u know if a home depot would sell paint that would be ok? or would i have to go to a secialty store Mad

i wouldn't use paint either. why don't u wrap it with something? if u don't wanna go and search a lot Smile

wrap it w/ tape? i guess that black electrical tape would work?

epoxy pool paint is safe to use but give it 48+ hours to cure before introducing into tank.

are you talking about the piping on your filter??? im a little lost\??? you pics never showed up.... if i was you i wouldn't paint it cause your turtle could claw at it and paint chips can come off and he can eat it... not good Confused

You could in a sense use the river rocks to hid the pvc. I would think using aquairum sealent to stick them on. But please dont use spray paint, I would hate to read that something bad happened.

i like the way u organized the place, light bulbs hanging on a shelf, filter and stuff neatly arranged...i bet ur parents are/were so glad to have u Embarassed
