here's how it goes:
1- u should have the pix on an online album. www.photobucket.com is the one most of us use here.
2- after u upload the pix, click on the one u want and u'll see the full size of it
3- right click on the pic and go to properties
4- copy the URL address in there as it is
5- come back here and in ur post, paste the copied URL this way:
[ i m g ] the URL goes here [ / i m g ]
but WITHOUT spaces, i have to do it that way so it shows
6- submit and now we can see the pix 
if u find it difficult u can mail the pix to me ---> dixieee@hotmail.com but just PM me here too so i check my email quickly in case they send it to junk
