Please help me. I've been feeding them once a day 1/2 cube of frozen brine. Is this enough?

Hello
Im assuming his a baby? Anyways I fed mine twice a day and quater of a "baby turtle food" Block...
I'm pretty sure the measurements are as follows
food shoud be the size of their head and or how much he can eat in five minutes.
