OK last night I notice he was doing something he has never done before. First of all he is a baby (2inches long). So last night he was extending his head out as far as he could and opening his mouth and making a little noise. He does this 2-3 times a minute. Is he gasping for are? So last night I warmed his water up as that is what i read to do. So all night i was scared he would be dead this morning but he isn't..thank goodness! So I just washed his tank out and tried to feed him but he wants nothing to do with the food. He is still doing the extending of his head and opening his mouth...sometimes with noise but mostly no noise. I called a reptile place and they said just keep his tank warm. I am waiting for this vet to call me back. In the mean time I thought I would check with you all.

Raise the tank temps to up his immune system. I am glad you called the vet.

i hope the vet calls back so soon or try with another vet cz it sounds like the late stages (2-3 times a min...)
