After Toby (my first RES) died on October 11, I was very sad and depressed. However, I decided that I would not give up on being a turtle mommy so I got two new babies. I ended up getting them from turtlesale.com, and I am very happy with the turtles and the service from them- they were great!
Anyway, they are a boy and a girl and their names are Franklin and Olivia. They are awesome! I have only had them for 3 days, and so far they have been eating great! My one and only concern, is that Olivia (who I have guessed is the girl) has some white spots on her shell that she had when she arrived.... Does anyone know what this could be? It doesn't really seem like fungus or rot, but I'm not sure! Does anyone have any hints as to what this may be?

It might just be shedding, take a look at this string:

if the shell is not soft then it might be only shedding like stray said Smile
