| i have a baby snapping turtle and i put about 15 feeder goldfish in his tank, the thing is, some of the fish are bigger than him, will he eat the ones that are bigger than him, if he eats any at all that is? |

When my turtles had fish that were bigger than them they did alot of chasing but not alot of eating. They may get their fins bit off, which is a poor way for a fish to go, but some leave them alone all together until they are big enough to eat. -Just depends on your turtle. Best case they'll have some company until their dinner. Worst case they'll have alot of finless fish. _________________ 2 big RES, 1 Flowerhorn Cichlid, 1 Cockatiel. If you have read up on snappers, you will know that they are ambush predators, meaning that they will wait for food to come to them, they will not actively chase their prey, they will stay still and wait for their food to come to them.
