Help, my turtle had eggs and I havent a clue what to do. I did the research and found out that they might not be fertile. The question is they do have the film on the top of them. I did remove them within an hour or two from the water. She had them while I was at a meeting.

I put them on some tissue and know that I need to keep them moist, but what else do I need to do. What are the chance that they are fertile, she has never been with a male. I have had her since she was a tiny thing.

was there any male around? if not then they're not fertile and there's no use of keeping them..

btw, is there a special way to dispose unfertile eggs? Surprised
