I am appalled at the number of people in my area who do not take care of their animals. I have had 2 neglected dogs walk up into my yard in the last couple of weeks. I would be ashamed to have an animal that looked and smelled like that. Some people just don\'t need to be having animals.

I know. When I lived in Joshua Tree there was a family, my neighbors, that were very cruel. And I think they were on something, too. Once they had this sweet little orange pit bull puppy, and the kids chained it up and threw rocks at it till it finally died.
 Horrible They eve threw rocks at my dog, Jetta, when I would take her on walks! They got two more puppies after that, sheperd/sharpai or something like that. i don\'t know what happened to them, we moved away.

its people like them that make this a bad place I\'d throw large, heavy, painful items at them for doing such a thing!
