Well, the weather is about the same, Hot days and Cold nights, and there is a saying that it doesn\'t rain in the desert, well let me tell you, It Does! and alot!

i know about the weather but i don\'t know much about the country:)
yeah it DOES rain in the desert..and as u said..HOT days and COLD nights..seems u were here during the winter months..ok we don\'t have 4 seasons and 9 months of the year are summer but we get some winters..last week it flooded with rain and we got some snow flakes but they can\'t freeze so just melted as soon as reached the ground:( but it was amazing and the temp dropped suddenly..lightning and thunder..i love rain:)

During the time that I was over there, we were diging foxholes and such and everything got flooded, some of the bigger holes were about 8 foot square by about 10 foot deep and got flooded completely to the top. Lucky thing I wasn\'t on the detail that was cleaning it up. Smile
