Hello my name is Hien. I have loved turtles ever since I was a child! Oh how they would swim. They looked soooo cute when their head stuck out of the water...any ways when did you start loving turtles?

well. mostly i just thot they were cute and kinda like fish to take care of.then my mom and dad brought home 2 turtle from the chinese resturant (slow and polke) then i started watching them and relized how much work they were and how wworth it it all was.so i kept getting new turtles. i was the first of my friends to get a turt so it wasnt like if ya friend has a dog and then u want 1. my uncle had 2 in his out door pond but they were abused my my cousin and didnt make it through the winter ufortunetly.now i take really good care of them and i spend more $ on their stuff then on mine:)

well i was in science class and their was a pic of a baby res hatching and i screamed \"look at the baby turtle!\" (i got a detention for that) anyway then everyone called me turtle grl and soon enouh i had my precious res\'s that i lovvvvvvvve

When I was ten years old i decided to get a turtle. When i got my little girl(Fox) I fell in love with turtles and i have started a collection of them. I now have two res\'s named Fox and Sebastian and an eastern painted named Fonz.

I fell in love with turtles when i first got my baby hatchling squirt although he is my first turtle i have grown to love them sooo much:D

I loved turtles ever since I was little and I saw red ear sliders and eastern painted turtles basking together on logs. It was so butiful. Now I have a baby red ear slider I named Lilypad, Lily for short.

LMAO I HATE TEACHERS WHO GIVE DETENTIONS LIKE IF IT WAS CANDY TO LIL KIDS!!! Anyways it started with Ninja Turtles when I was like 5 or 6. Thats when I got one a year later but it was killed by an earthquake knocking his tank alllll the way to the floor.. But I have moved on 9 years later and got 2 new babies, Michaelangelo and Donatello, Mic and Don for short.

Almost a year ago, my boss walked out the back door of the office after a big rain (lasted a week) and there was a little hatchling right by the door. He brought it in and the next day I spent a small fortune on turt supplies. Since then we\'ve gotten 2 more hatchlings from a local pet store and they are adorable! The biggest one (Shelly, who was also our first) loves to chase the ferrets around the living room and last week I caught one of the ferrets swimming in the tank! It was a complete mess, but once it was all cleaned up, it was kind of funny.

My dad is into salt water tanks so when I was younger all the local pet shops knew him by name as well as me. I was about 11 maybe 12 when he came home with a quarter sized turtle for me. We named him Mr. T. I had him for a few years. He was so cool. He only popped his head out of the water when he heard my voice or my mom blasting Cher on the radio. I think they are amazing and each has a different personality.

I was about 11-12yrs old when I got my first 2 common Snapping turtle brothers (RIP).
I\'m now 21 & have a 4yr old 12 pound common snapping turtle.

I love my turtle
