I rarely saw her with her eyes open. Even when she was swiming around she would have them closed.

This was about a week before Remy died. Crying or Very sad

They were only in this small tank so I could take a picture of the size difference. They were only in here for no more than a couple minutes. (I had to say that before anyone would say anything negative towards me)

Yes, I did separate them after I saw Dexter climbing over Remy. I didn't find out until after she died that I shouldn't have had two turtles in one tank. I wish I knew what I know now because I could have probably saved her life. Crying or Very sad

He was sleeping and he usually wakes up whenever I come into the room, so I tried to be sneaky and take a picture of him, but the flash was on and he woke up.

Those are very nice pictures. I am so sorry that Remy died. Based on the picture, his eyes were swollen, which indicated a Respiratory Infection. Dexter looks very happy, though.

I'm pretty sure Remy had RI before I got her because she was like that since day one. At the time I didn't know what she had.

Dexter has been really active and happy since I first got him. Smile
