you should really check out craigslist. They have aquariums on there all of the time at either really cheap prices or for free. I bought my aquarium for $400 dollars its a 210 gallon and it should retail for a minimum of $3500 dollars. it had a stand a hood and it was in great condition. seriously check it out.

Nice catch on the gi-normous tank, I'm jealous! My bf picked up a good deal, also on Craig's List - 50 gal tank, filter, heater, hoods, & fixtures = $50. The only bad part of the deal was having to pick it up with an inch or so of ice on the ground Twisted Evil

I can understand her concern but to my knowledge all of the attacks started with a post for a "casual encounter" or something similar. I've bought furniture from some creepy people on there but never had a bad experience. Mostly, just make sure you don't go by yourself & you can sometimes get a great deal!

Yours was a good deal too. My boyfriend and I were just really lucky I guess. But I am VERY happy to have it, and bowser is even more happy.

I did not hear about the craigslist killings you were talking about actually. That is really creepy, what a bunch of creeps, this world is full of people that deserve to die themselves. Anyways...

I would never go to a strangers house by myself anyways, I always bring my boyfriend and I leave a huge paper trail as to where I went. Call my friends call my parents, all kinds of stuff I would be the wrong person to kill cuz you would get caught. But I just always do that.

I have bought many things off of craigslist and have attempted to sell things too, and still have yet to have a bad experience.

It's a scary world we live in.

Kinda reminds me of my neighbors who kill foot long garter snakes because they mistake them for venomous Water Moccasins. At least I saved the last snake from their yard, saving it from its death!

...yeah. Rocky. exactly like that. lol. I wouldn't kill an animal (or reptile, or whatever) unless it tried to hurt one of babies. IE Bowser or Felix. Actually there was a snake out in the glass, and bowser was walking towards him. I didn't see the snake in the grass until it moved. When I did I grabbed bowser up and we ran inside like there was a killer after us. WHEW!
