Hey Everyone, i have been looking through everyones great setups and thought that i should share my own. This is my 350 litre turtle tank with 1 West Australian Longneck Turtle. She is almost 2 years old and will eventually get to about 35 cm. Her Name is Dax (thought she was a boy).
So here are some pics of here setup after a waterchange and ill put in some of my other aquariums as well.

The tank is running an Eheim 2217 canister filter, hydor 300w inline heater, 2x 30watt reptile tubes and 1 zoo med basking light over the turtle dock.

Thanks for looking Smile Very Happy

Wow.
Totally envy your setups!

Truly beautiful designs you got going there Very Happy !

Are those plastic or real plants?
Tried a plastic one and he ripped it to shreds.

Only thing I don't like about your tank is the zoo med turtle dock.
It looks awesome, but for a bigger turtle (about 6-7 inches) it totally sucks.

Apart from it sinking or tipping the turtle into the water, there are more serious concerns.

It disintegrates, leaving potentially hazardous materials floating around.
Many turtles like to bite at it, so they might digest whatever its made of.
It apparently has a sharp metal frame that can be exposed by the nibbling, and become a serious hazard to the turtle.
Plus it eventually rots.

But anyways, see how it works out for you and your turtle, and if it becomes a problem, I'm sure you can afford to replace it with something better!

By the way, whats in your other tanks?

Thanks for your comments. I have had great success with the turtle dock, 1 year with it and no problems with it but i can also agree with the potential downfalls of using the product Very Happy All though i am going to build an above tank basking area beacuse they're much better than the turtle dock.

All of the plants in her tank are real except for the tall spikey one on the left hand side, most of the others are java fern which has been attached to the driftwood via fishing line ( in a very safe manner so Dax cannot be injured or get caught )

In my 4th photo i have Threadfin Rainbowfish, cardinal tetras, platys, Praecox rainbowfish, Red hengel rasboras, diamond tetras and some catfish. All are real plants and im running Pressurised C02 and metal halide lighting.

In the 5th photo i have 3 white cloud mountain minnows and live plants also running mini pressurised C02

6th photo is my saltwater tank with live coral ( work in progress )

7th photo is a planted tank in my bedroom with australian native fish

8th photo are my African cichlids in my bedroom

Not a bad collection for an 18 year old if i do say so my self (my heads not going to fit through the door now) Laughing
