| Hello to all! My name is Teagan. I am currently opperating a small rescue of local box turltes in my area. I have a nicelt shaded fenced in area for my friends. They have access to a sand pit, three watering pools and wild tomato plants. Also they get all the vegies they want out of my garden as well as hard boiled eggs a few times a week. I didn't know until about two years ago that turtles love eggs. I just found this site and am happy to see other turtle lovers. As of now there a 4 in my rescue. We had 6 but 1 died of a cancerous growth on her neck and one escaped. I have no clue how he did it but he did. I have just learned that box turtles are not doing so good this year from the drought and traffic. Well, thats me in a turtle shell. Glad to meet everyone. |

| Im in Pennsylvania. During the summer there were weeks when it didn't rain. I always made sure that my fab four had plenty of fruit and water. i even filled up my sons plastic kiddy pool a few times in the afternoon hours and let them swim. I think I will like it here. |
