i was going to get one of those floating logs, but does any1 know how i could get it to stay in one place
i have a mountain thing but its too short and has about 1/2 an inch left before it gets covered up/ it is what they bask on. i have a dock, but they hardly ever use it, if i changed the light over to it would they get on the dock, then the log could just float around, and they could get on it whenever? |

| Well you never know what they would do... have you tested putting the basking lamp over the floating dock instead of their mountain? It take them a bit to adjust but one would think they would gravitate to the heat and light... I've only looked at those floating logs in the store, I don't believe they had a way to be anchored in place. If you have a dock, why do you need a log? |
