I have 2 males and 1 female. Two are red eared sliders and one is painted. Most of the time they seem to get along, but recently, I have noticed that my male painted slider chases my female red eared slider and tries to snap at her. Why is he doing that? Am I going to have to separate them? The other male and the female get along fine....

Question one:
Your turtle is probably trying to mate with the female, the other might not be interested, yet.

Question two:
Yes it is normal for them to climb all over each other, it's the biting you have to look out for. Very Happy
