We have a year old slider. He is normally a healthy eater (although very picky). Yesterday I noticed he wasn't really himself (not sure if it's a he)
and after I cleaned his tank he began continually swimming in his tank like something is wrong. I don't think I see any stool in the tank, could he be constipated? If so, any way to help with that?
Other thought, possibly another kind of illness but what? I do have antibiotic amoxi drops I can give him, but do not know doseage.
I am hoping to early treat before he get't very ill. He ate less than usually today but did eat bloodworms and a bit of shrimp. I am keeping his water temp warm and one other note, I don't believe he basked yesterday or today.
Any help is appreciated.

I"m really not sure of your problem but you may need to get him/her to a vet. At the top of this website is some green buttens and one says Care Sheets that may have your answer... sorry i couldn't have been of more help.

It's not uncommon not to see any stool in your turtle's tank, as it can get broken up by their swimming, sucked in by the filter, or they also are known to eat it.

Watch him carefully for signs of sickness, like labored breathing, runny or swollen eyes, not eating at all, constant basking, and skin and shell abnormalities...If there aren't any real symptoms, I wouldn't run him to the vet or start medicating him on your own. Without symptoms, vets can't do very much and self-medicating is never a good idea.

Good luck.
