My tank gets rather warm in the summer. Would you recommend one of these in a Turtle tank?

what temperature does it get? Is the water heated? I've never known anyone else use a fan for turtles, even if they did need cooling I would imagine that like alot of animals they don't sweat so it wouldn't make any difference.
